"The Beatitudes" Book
Profits from the sale of The Beatitudes are for orphanages, clinics and schools in the Sons of Thunder Missions in Zambia, Africa. Over seventy mission photographs are included.
This book of poetry and photography came together while working on the Sons of Thunder 10,000 acre mission. It is a Christian inspirational book that was birthed on the flight back from Zambia, in May 2007.
During the six months of this poetic writing, handling of images and editing, the prayers and tears would simply not stop flowing. To tell the truth, I alone am not capable of putting out such a book. Each morning I would pray, “Lord, use me to tell what You want people to hear.” In Zambia, He would wake me up at 4 am and lay down for me what I was to do for the day. Sometimes I would be headed in one direction on the mission and would hear, “Run to the fields.” There before me would be the next shot. Sometimes at night I would stay up and sort over a thousand images trembling at what was on the laptop. God loves us all in ways we can not even fathom, because “God is Love.” This book is from Father God to you. I am only a servant.

About 1/2 of the members of this church have AIDS. We prayed and sang together for hours. Their images are in the The Beatitudes Book. That book led people to become involved in the upgrading of their medical clinic to a hospital, with a 30 ft container of medical equipment that was shipped over as a love offering.
